I run a Bed and Breakfast and ordered 2 sets of luggage racks. They came in good time, but one of the 4 racks was in pieces. I called Wholesale Products, left a message, and within 24 hrs had an email promise that a new rack would be shipped to me asap. I was very thankful not to have to go through red tape i.e. shipping back the damaged product. The trust they placed in me, the customer made me very HAPPY!
